11th Annual Conference Registration Rate:

Conference fee for spouses/guests/children is $25 per person. 
This year, guests’ meals throughout the  weekend will be covered by the WRA master bill and not added to your individual hotel bill.

Refunds:
Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Washington Rheumatology Alliance Executive Office no later than 9/1/2017. All refund requests will be subject to a $20.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made after 9/1/2017.

Note: Conference participants must book their own hotel accommodations. A discounted room block has been arranged with Sleeping Lady.  To reserve your room, please contact the resort directly and let them know you will be attending the WRA conference.  Deadline to book hotel is September 1. 2017.  Call 1.800.574.2123.  For more details on the Sleeping Lady Resort, click here.

In order for our conference participants and guest speakers to be able to stay at Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort, which has a limited number of rooms, WRA requests that exhibitor representatives and other industry participants stay nearby in Leavenworth, where we have arranged for a discounted room block at Icicle Village Inn during the conference weekend.

The room block includes a variety of room options:

  • Standard rooms at $159.00 per night
  • Family rooms (2 queen beds with full sized pull out sofa) at $169.00 per night
  • Premier rooms (2 queen beds with full sized pull out sofa, fireplace and balcony) at $179.00 per night

To book a room at Icicle Village Inn, call :  1-800-961-0162.  Reference the “WRA” block to receive the discounted rate.  The room block will be available until August 16 or until all rooms are booked, whichever comes first.   Thank you!
