Conference attendees:

A discounted room rate is available for conference attendees at Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort. Most rooms are $200.00 per night plus taxes, suites start at $300.00 per night plus taxes. Participants bringing dogs should book early and make sure to request a canine room which will incur a pet fee of $30.00 per night; we will provide a dog bed along with food & water bowls, waste bags and treats!

In the body of the email, outline your rooming needs. Also be sure to include a phone number and the best time to be reached for a call back.

In your email, please let the reservationist know if you’ll be participating in the healthcare provider track or the practice management program and if you plan to bring your spouse and/or additional family members. Meal plans for individuals are based on these categories. *Deadline to book your accommodations: Tuesday, August 22, 2023

What’s included:

  • Physicians and other healthcare provider program attendees will eat their meals as part of the conference throughout the weekend. (Friday welcome reception through Sunday breakfast)
  • Participants’ guests and family members are invited to the welcome reception on Friday evening and the Saturday evening banquet. Their breakfasts both Saturday and Sunday morning in the Kingfisher Dining room will be provided by WRA, as well as lunch on Saturday. When we open registration, please be sure to purchase guest tickets for guests. spouses and family members so that we have an accurate count for meals. Thank you.

Industry Representatives

Please be aware that due to the limited number of rooms available at the conference venue, Sleeping Lady Resort, every room is used to accommodate the attendees and speakers. We made arrangements for an additional discounted room block at the Icicle Village Resort, www.iciclevillage.com, in downtown Leavenworth for the industry exhibitors participating in the meeting.

Rooms at the Icicle Village are $249.00 per night plus taxes. The cut-off date to book your reservation is Tuesday, August 22, 2023.
